Bio
Mick is no rookie when it comes to the WQS and the ASP World Tour. The powerful goofy footer from Port Macquarie was a force to be reckoned with throughout the late 1990's coming close to an ASP World Title in 1998. Campbell remained a fixture in the ASP top ten until 2001, when he began to slip down the ratings and eventually off the Dream Tour.
The time away provided a new perspective and a fiery drive to compete, and in 2006 he returned with a vengeance and back-to-back victories in France at the six star Sooruz Lacanau Pro and the Rip Curl Pro Super Series. A fast and furious climb to the top, the wins secured Campbell a spot yet again on the World Tour. One of the most determined surfers out there, look for his years of experience to aid him in achieving World Title status.
