2007 turned out to be a stellar year for ASP rookie Ben Dunn. It was his first year on Tour, he was the youngest ASP member since Mick Fanning 5 years back, and consistently ranked in the top 20. That is, until the final wave of a specialty competition in France left him with a knee injury.

Due to his strong competitive streak, Dunn attempted to battle it out, torn cartilage and all, in a following event at Hossegor France, until doctors advised surgery as the only road to a full recovery. But that didn't stop this young professional, who's notoriously driven, to waste no time rehabilitating himself and scoring a wildcard entry for the '08 ASP tour season. Dunn is coming back stronger and hungrier than ever. He'll be carving up the wall, shredding top turns and slashing cutbacks straight to the top. Seems as if nothing can slow this Aussie down.
